Outdated to Outstanding
Here is the first of many, BEFORE | AFTERS. I know you're as excited as I am. This home has a great layout and is located in a gorgeous neighborhood. Unfortunately, the previous owners had a very different style then the home's newest occupants. Check out the amazing reveal.
Family Room Before - The space had yellow and taupe walls as well as lots of ornate light fixtures and mill work.
Hello After!
We painted the walls a light gray and updated the mill work, adding nice white built in shelves. Long, floor to ceiling drapery was added in a medium gray to help extend the space and accent the high ceilings and windows. I helped the client create a new floor plan utilizing her existing furniture to find the best arrangement for the space.
Half Bath Before- Holy wall paper! Am I right. This is a very loud look for such a small space.
After
I just love the bright look of this bathroom. What a difference a fresh coat of paint makes! We also added a new vanity and mirror.
This is just a small taste of this beautiful home and I can't wait to show some more. However, you will just have to wait until another day. Also, a little secret just between you and me, this home will soon be getting a new mother in law suite. Stay tuned to see the progress and of course the final reveal!
